Concentrate
Price: $12 per cone
AROMA: The only thing that can be smelled from the cone itself are the papers, which makes me wonder how potent the flowers used are. If you're familiar with what their Gold Dust smells like, then you will recognize hints of that.
TASTE: The hash-like flavor of the Gold Dust overpowers the flavor of this cone, as it is impossible to even tell what flowers were used. If you're not a fan of hash, then you won't like the flavor of this, but if you are then this is actually a pleasant tasting cone. The flowers used seem to be of at least decent quality, because the smoke is actually relatively smooth considering there's half a gram of Gold Dust in the cone.
LOOK: The cone is rolled extremely well with a very long crutch (which is good considering the amount of resin that builds up at the end). The weight teetered between 1.1 and 1.2, and the crutch weighed 0.2. It is labeled as having 0.5 grams of Gold Dust in each cone, then this cone had more Gold Dust than flowers! A good sign is the fact that the ash burned clean into a light gray and white color.
EFFECTS: For the purposes of this review, I only medicated half of the cone (by myself). This is a potent cone, especially at $12, since half of it has me thoroughly medicated. The effects, for me, are hybrid, with a couch-lock effect coupled with a euphoric cerebral kick. It's a relaxing sensation that did its job much better than expected. UPDATE: The other half of the cone was smoked a couple of hours later, so the total buzz was about 4 hours which is impressive considering my tolerance.
This Caviar Gold Cone is a good deal at $12, as it's easy to take a few hits, get medicated, and throw it back in the case. An interesting aspect of this is the fact that the smell doesn't have a lingering stench to it, and the after smell isn't as bad as other "death rockets" out there. Potent cone for a good price from a good collective.
