AROMA: The smell of this is probably the least attractive aspect of Caviar Gold, because it does not really smell like much at all. It has a faint hash oil smell to it along with the kief, but there is no Girl Scout Cookie smell. This isn't necessarily a bad thing since the hash oil and kief cover the entire nug, which means no terpenes can escape. However, after a nug is broken apart, you can smell a faint GSC odor. It doesn't smell like top shelf flower, but then again, it's covered in hash oil & kief...so it's impossible to tell.
TASTE: There is a subtle Girl Scout Cookie, almost Cherry Pie, like flavor to this, which is overpowered by the hash oil and kief flavors. The extremely thick smoke tastes like hash, and tastes very, for lack of a better word, potent. There is a good amount of lung expansion, and a slight burn in the lungs (from the hash oil & kief); so there is a decent amount of coughing after a big hit. The flavor really isn't all that great, but still tastes good considering what its made of.
LOOK: The pictures speak for themselves in this case, as every square centimeter of the nug is covered in kief. Even after breaking up a nug, you can see that the buds truly are infused, as the insides are also covered in hash oil & kief. It screams "potent", and is looks better than the imitators. The fact that the inside is also covered is a big plus, because I've seen imitations that had no hash oil within the buds. The looks is definitely its best quality, and definitely catches anyone's eye.
EFFECTS: Based solely off the look this Caviar Gold looks ridiculously potent, and in reality...it is. Heavy indica effects that put the body int an almost instant couch lock, with a good amount of pressure and glaze on the eyes. The intensity of the high does not reach an uncomfortable level, as it stays consistently heavy for a relatively long time. It is mostly indica, as the cerebral simply keeps you awake instead of falling asleep, so it is definitely a nighttime treat. It is actually perfect to reach a level when flowers alone just aren't doing it.
I was hesitant to get any of this because of the price, but finally caved to do a review. It is definitely a potent infused Girl Scout Cookie, and the price tag isn't entirely unreasonable. Cheaper would always be better, but this definitely does the trick when other buds just don't. It is also something I'd rather medicate with than cheap $20 a gram waxes, so that's saying something. Caviar Gold's cone and this infused GSC are both very potent, and worth a try.
