AROMA: Ingrid has always had a unique smell. It is a lot like a bouquet of mysterious flowers waved in front of your nose. It's VERY hard to explain, and is honestly an acquired "taste" of a smell. I personally love Ingrid, and haven't had a good batch of it since I was in San Francisco during the "golden years". This batch from Hollywood Holistic does not disappoint.
TASTE: The taste of Ingrid is just as unique as the smell. If any of you readers was a dumb little kid like me and tried to eat flower petals back in the day, then you'll be reminiscent of Ingrid's flavor. If you weren't...then...well...it's still a good flavor. The flavor of it is extremely hard to describe, but it is very similar to the aroma. It's got great lung expansion, and has an interestingly tangy aftertaste.
EFFECTS: I had extremely high expectations for this Ingrid. It's been years since I've had a good batch, and a pretty long time since I've seen it at all. Hollywood Holistic's batch did not disappoint. It didn't go beyond my expectations, but it definitely met them. Considering I had this strain YEARS ago in San Francisco, I was more than impressed. It is a heavy indica, with an instant wave of relaxation throughout the entire body. It is great for my sore muscles, and back. It puts pressure on the eyes, but not so much that it causes drowsiness. Great night time strain.
