NYC Diesel-Soma Cut (Sour Diesel x Afghani x Hawaiian)-Topshelf Meds Delivery
Smell: It smells fantastic, like lemon fruity diesel. If you could combine fruit loops and skunk and add some diesel hints that's exactly what it reminds me of.
Looks: Dark green buds with calyx on top of calyx absolutely just covered in a dusting of beautiful trichs. This bud is super pungent when touched, the red hairs compliment the dark forest green snow capped colas of these buds. Notice how the buds look like long fingers. Trim could have been tighter but the sugar leaves are soaked in goodness for other things like kief etc if you save em, overall though it's fantastic bag appeal wise. Such dark green with every now then finding a yellow or brown hair spread throughout, unique looking for sure different from Sour Diesel on it's own.
Effects: It's a very mild version of a very very good batch of sour diesel in terms of cerebral effects. I'd say that's why NYC Diesel was bred for people wanting the diesel but not the usual racey complete rushy sativa soaring effects. The Soma Cut has more of a body calming effect as well good for pain anxiety and relaxing as well as working or doing tasks. I'd say this has a good balance. Doesn't seem to sedating until the come down then you just wanna sit around but not like an indica night killer.
Taste: It tastes superb, like candy pine lemon drops and sour fuely bitterness on the first few tokes turning more bitter as the bowl progresses. The flavors become more complex once you start burning. It absolutely wreaks when your smokin it so beware. The flavors progress from the intense pine fuel fruitiness to a more mellow sour hash flavor. Burns to a white ash showing good flush.
Overall: Great Strain for anytime of the day, suggest it for pain/nausea/anxiety/creativity. Awesome flavor and bud structure super sticky. I really like the Soma cut it's nice the Hawaiian adds a more indica side or maybe its more soothing hawaiian sativa genetics not sure but it's worth a check out, this delivery service is spot on and serve from Rancho Santa Margarita all the way to San Clemente.
