Indica Dominant Hybrid
Price: $45 per 1/8th
AROMA: There is a ground coffee smell with an earthy pine undertone, the lemon diesel OG scent isn't that apparent. The coffee-like aroma gives it a very unique scent that gets very pungent after grinding some up. It isn't the most pungent smell out of the jar, but it still has a nice stench to it.
TASTE: This has a nice flavor where the pine overpowers the coffee quite a bit on the tongue. The coffee actually hits the nostrils more, and settles in the sinuses. It has the classic OG burn in the sinuses, and incredible lung expansion. It also smokes extremely well with a very thick, creamy smoke.
LOOK: Bulbous nugs that are extremely dense and well manicured. The great thing about this is the fact that it grinds into a soft, fluffy texture. It isn't "rock pot" to its core because of that fact, but it is still very dense. The trichomes are mostly cloudy, so it doesn't have the "frosty" appearance as other GSPA strains. It's an attractive strain, especially for people that like dense nugs. It looks a lot like Mars OG, but it was unclear as to whether or not this was the same strain.
EFFECTS: This is a heavy indica dominant OG with a gradual onset that tops off at a relatively intense level. It puts the entire body into a relaxed state that has a slight cerebral kick. This is a very potent OG with good medicinal qualities (for me at least), as it is doing well for my sore muscles and pain. It is an intense high, but the cerebral kick keeps it from making becoming lethargic. Great for pain and stress relief, but probably not for anxiety (due to the intensity). Good midday to nighttime strain.
The OG's coming out of GSPA are insane right now. OG lovers unite, because you won't get these kinds of OG's anywhere else for the price. This isn't the strongest out of them all, but it's still a great OG cut. Great for any indica fans out there, and for the dense nug lovers.
