AROMA: There is a very pungent and tangy skunk essence with a sweet lemon lemon-like undertone. It has a very heavy stench that stings the nostrils after a deep exhale, and definitely not something you want to leave out in the open for too long (unless you like your entire room smelling like cannabis). It is actually really pungent before it's broken up, and actually loses a little bit of its bite (still very stinky) after its ground up. Great smelling strain.
TASTE: This has a very deep earthy tangy lemon skunk flavor to it that grips the taste buds as soon as the smoke passes over them. The smoke is thick and creamy, and expands the lungs quite a bit. There isn't much of that tickle in the back of the throat, but there is definitely the soothing burn in the sinuses upon exhale. The taste isn't as good as the smell, but that isn't really a bad thing since the stench is ridiculous.
LOOK: Dense nugs with ridiculously great structure, the dark green nugs are encompassed by bright orange hairs, and absolutely caked in thrichomes. It was actually a little hard to photograph this strain because of the amount of capped trichomes. The trichs kept coming out completely white, so the picture we got is the best we could do! Great looking strain that is more dense than the pictures give it credit for.
EFFECTS: Heavy indica dominant hybrid that puts the body into a completely relaxed and mellow state. There is slight pressure around the forehead that causes the eyes to droop. It has a gradual onset that takes over the body and made me feel like I was melting into my desk chair. It's great for relaxation, pain relief, and stress relief. It would actually be an indica good for anxiety if it wasn't for the intensity of the body high...which is pretty intense. Great nighttime strain, or midday for those heavy smokers.
It's pretty rare when we review this many strains from a single collective, so the fact that this is just one of many reviews for CCC's meds should tell you quite a bit. This is another property grown, flushed, and cured strain coming out of CCC. These characteristics have become synonymous with all of their strains, so stay tuned for more to come.
