     The results for the 2013 L.A. Medcan Cup are IN! The entire two day convention was a huge success, even after High Times dealt with multiple venue changes. The vendors, collectives, and patients made up an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the meds this year were also off the charts, so here are the results:
