CanniCorner: The Aftermath (2010 x King's Kush)

AROMA: There is a very deep pine scent to this with a sweet twist that really does smell like a cross between 2010's unique scent to King's Kush's earthy pine kush aroma. It's an interesting smelling strain to say the least, since 2010 has such a unique smell to it to begin with. It's quite eye opening when you take a deep whiff of it.

TASTE: This has a very unique taste to it. The only description I can give is that it is a cross between Pinesol (in a non-chemically way) and flowers. Anyone that knows the taste of 2010 will be able to identify it right away, and will enjoy the earthy pine kush undertone. There is a soothing burn in the nostrils that makes the eyes water a little bit caused by the thick creamy smoke. Great tasting strain with a unique twist to it that can't be missed.

LOOK: I will be completely honest: this strain does not look that great. There are a lot of stray sugar leaves, and not much volume to the nugs themselves. However, I was told that this is how the strain always looks, so I was compelled to try it. Do NOT let the look fool you. The nugs are airy, leafy, but absolutely caked in trichomes. It is no surprise that this is a 2010 cross because of the frostiness. The nugs look white because of the trichs...not because of the photo brightness.

EFFECTS: Quick onset sativa high that has a very cerebral kick to it with a twist of euphoria. This is a potent sativa that is very heavy, so it's probably not the best strain to smoke in the morning. There's slight pressure at the back of the eyes that causes them open, not close, with very little redness. There's also a nice tingle at the back of the head and neck. Great strain for stress relief, but not anxiety because of the quick onset, and relaxation. Great daytime (for experienced smokers) to midday strain.

I'm very glad that I grabbed some of this at the recommendation of the budtender. It doesn't have too much bag appeal, but the sweet scent and heavy sativa effects make up for it exponentially. 2010 and King's Kush is an exclusive cross, so don't miss out and don't pass it up.
