AROMA: Piney, slightly lemon, aroma that stings the nose with a deep inhale. It's missing the usual GSPA earthiness, which is kind of a nice tough since it is something different. The scent is a bit more muted than expected, as it was decently pungent from the nugs itself. It is still a pleasant and aromatic smelling strain, and wouldn't mind wearing a cologne made from it.
TASTE: The flavor of this strain is extremely interesting as it is a mixture of the sweet side of lemon (not the sour), a slight pine essence, and a very floral-like flavored overtone. The taste of this strain is something else, as the floral taste really takes the lead and is nothing like the smell. It's pungency doesn't hit until the aftertaste either, and has a soothing burn in the sinuses. Great tasting strain from a unique cross.
LOOK: Lime green colored nugs accompanied by very light orange hairs, the popcorn/tear drop shaped nugs are relatively dense. The trichome structure is decent, not the best from GSPA, but still attractive. The trichomes cover most of the nugs and sugar leaves, and could have more amber caps instead of clear. All in all the strain is very attractive, as it the plump calyxes give it a healthy look.
EFFECTS: Relatively quick onset high that hit the body heavy, and had a slight euphoric kick that put a smile on the face. The indica effects were so heavy that it made it slightly difficult to concentrate on anything for a extended period of time. The relaxing body high puts sore and tense muscles at ease, and alleviates back pain. Good for pain relief, stress relief, and sleep aid. Great midday to nighttime strain.
Overall I would recommend this strain to anyone. It has good medicinal properties and is quite powerful. The two strains on their own are a treat and when combined, they make something special. It is nice to see these types of crosses at GSPA, I'm glad that they, themselves, continue to pioneer interesting strains time and time again.
